Your booking is confirmed only when payment has been made.
If a class has to be cancelled by the class leader during the term, a catch-up class, refund or credit will be arranged.
If you are unable to attend a class due to your own circumstances no refund will be offered. Where there are spaces available on other days you may be able to attend a catch-up session, however this is not guaranteed, is dependent on available class spaces and is at the group leader's discretion.
The Jolly Melodies Music Company or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class - children remain the responsibility of their parent/carer for the duration of the class.
Medical conditions must be declared during registration and your class leader updated should this change by emailing jen.douglas@thejollymelodiesmusiccompany.co.uk
You must please refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of sickness or diarrhoea within 48 hours of the class (please allow 48 hours after the last episode).
You must not attend class if you or your child are showing symptoms of Covid-19. You and your child may return to class once you are well enough and do not have a temperature.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up to date should this change using the email address above. Thank you.
